DESCRIPTION: This is a unique opportunity to drive growth for our Devices business through off Amazon traffic channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Devices campaigns across channels (e.g. display, social, search), owning and executing on an experimentation strategy, and delivering insights and optimizations to drive sales of Amazon Devices and services.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with other Devices product lines and internationally to share best practices and coordinate on new hypothesis for how to help customers discover the right product. You will conceive and propose new strategies and concepts, and guide those projects to completion. To achieve your goals, you will become a subject matter expert on our business and author communications to key stakeholders.
The position is based in Seattle, covering the North America region.
Key job responsibilities As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager within Cross Devices Channel Marketing & Traffic Growth team, you will focus on reaching and engaging customers through our off Amazon traffic channels (e.g. display, social, search) and across the full portfolio of Devices and services. You will leverage customer research and data, partnering across product line and creative teams to optimize off Amazon channel performance. Your goals will be to maximize incremental device sales and improve customer experience. You will test, build, automate and scale marketing initiatives across off Amazon channels that benefit all of Devices.
A day in the life The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. They will have deep experience in consumer product marketing, merchandising and testing, demonstrated ability to drive website optimization and conversion in both mobile and online channels, and a passion for diving into data to uncover actionable insights. They will be equally comfortable generating innovative ideas for growth as well as ensuring tactical level details are executed. They will embody and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture, creating a measurable impact across Amazon and the wider industry landscape.
About the team This team is one of the fastest growing marketing teams in Amazon Devices and is chartered to launch products and improve the customer experience while increasing Amazon Device sales and engagement. We refuse to accept constraints, internal or external, and have strong bias for action and ownership. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
