In this influential role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals while crafting and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. You will drive alignment and performance across both sales and marketing functions, ensuring that our initiatives are cohesive and effective. We seek a hands-on leader who embodies a player/coach mentality, able to engage in key deals while fostering the growth of our team. Your collaboration will extend across departments, enhancing product development, customer experience, and retention strategies. You will implement data-driven approaches to optimize our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s degree At least 10 years of successful sales leadership in B2B SaaS A minimum of 5 years of general management and P&L experience A proven track record of driving revenue growth through new product development, marketing, and partnerships Expertise in modern sales methodologies and proficiency in Salesforce CRM Experience with marketing automation tools Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams A proactive, hands-on approach to sales and marketing initiatives As the Director, you will scale our sales and marketing organization, refine sales methodologies, and execute impactful marketing strategies designed to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall bookings.
