Epson America Inc. is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager in the Epson Microdevices group to provide creative leadership in marketing Timing Devices (Crystals and Oscillators) to Epsons Automotive OEMs, Tier1s, and semiconductor customers, specifically in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Electric Vehicles (EVs). The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a passion for growing our business and a blend of technical background & customer management skills.

Your contributions:
Segment Marketing:
Drive analysis of end equipment for ADAS and EV applications, understanding timing requirements and competitive positioning.
Attend trade shows and webinars to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Map industry & customer design locations.
Execute customer campaigns in end equipment segments.
Present business plans to R&D and senior management.
Drive channel demand creation through engagement activities and trainings.
Perform TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
Pursue reference designs with IC vendors.
Technical Product Marketing:
Present Epson value proposition, products, and roadmaps to customer design engineers.
Manage product line presentations, datasheets, web content, and sales training.
Create marketing collateral such as white papers, blogs, videos, and application notes.
Conduct competitive analysis.
Initiate new product proposals and manage product roadmaps.
Participate in product lifecycle management.
Assist customers with product selection and configurations.
Customer Account Management:
Engage with existing customers to grow the customer base.
Document meeting notes and key project information.
Coordinate with engineering teams to provide timely feedback.
Update senior management on key account information.
Assist customers with product questions and configurations.
Required Experience:
Understanding of major automotive players, standards, and market.
Strong technical fundamentals, attention to detail, and knowledge in analog design is a plus.
Strong engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with electronics distributors and manufacturers reps preferred.
Excellent communication skills and customer management skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.
BSEE or equivalent degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

The starting salary ranges from USD $146,749 to $211,871, depending on experience and other factors.
