Drive sales of aircraft interior products and retrofit solutions globally. Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers and partners. Lead a team in creating winning commercial proposals and managing contract negotiations. Represent the company at industry events and collaborate on marketing initiatives. Provide market insights to support product development and innovation. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Aerospace, or related field. 8+ years in aerospace, with 4+ years in customer-facing commercial roles. Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex technical sales. Strong knowledge of aircraft interiors (seats, galleys, lavatories, monuments) and commercial aircraft platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
