What you’ll do at Figma:
Ensure cross-product design patterns have clear rhythms in place for collaboration, review, tracking, and leadership approval. Design, pilot, and scale high-leverage frameworks and rituals to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration for designers. Facilitate design sprints, critiques, and reviews to ensure product teams are working in lockstep and prioritizing the right feedback from executives. Manage program risks, communicate progress and dependencies, and provide updates to executives and business partners. Partner with the Director of Design overseeing our core experience for Figma design tools, to align our company vision and priorities to the tactical ground-level work of designers. Partner with the DesignOps manager to scale programs across the org and help with team DesignOps initiatives as needed. Define our playbook for how DPMs operate alongside TPMs and other cross-functional partners. We\'d love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of design program management experience, specifically focused on supporting cross-product and multi-team delivery efforts. Hands-on experience with the Figma product ecosystem and design systems. Experience and passion for experimenting with modern tooling (AI orchestration, API usage, workflow automation tooling) to streamline and simplify design & XFN workflows A deep understanding of how designers work, how to advocate for their needs, and a clear design point-of-view A successful track record of crafting impactful design programs and delivering business-critical design work, at scale The ability to drive focus and clarity in uncertain situations or without complete information While not required, it\’s an added plus if you also have:

Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
