We are seeking a **Senior Marketing Director**to lead the RDN Global Market Development Team. This team will drive the global market development strategy, aligned to our customer funnel, the goal of this team is to expand therapy awareness and adoption. Key responsibilities include leading a field-based market development team with hypertension program creation and referral development responsibilities, scaling these efforts through digital driven direct-to-market efforts targeting referring physicians and patients and partnering with our global commercial organization on go to market activities. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic execution across marketing, product management, and market development activities. **Key responsibilities include:** Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, education, and conversion among referral physicians and patient populations. 15+ years of experience in market development and/or marketing or program development work (10+ years of managerial experience) or advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years relevant experience, minimum 10 years of managerial experience)Experience in the pharma &/or medical device industryAbility to travel up to 35% of the timeHealthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals highly desiredExperience in developing a new market, i.e. implementation of key tactics, execution and performance trackingExperience leading a high performing team**Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package**
