Base pay range $122,000.00/yr - $176,000.00/yr As a B2B Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive user engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Communications, Product Marketing Managers, Designers, and Growth Marketers, to create content that meets the needs of our target audience and enhances our customers experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise content strategy that aligns with Business Messaging priorities for our Enterprise audience and campaigns
Leverage research to understand our businesses and create content that resonates with them
Collaborate closely with Marcomms, Research, Campaign Strategists, Channel Owners and Design teams to maintain an editorial calendar to ensure that content is produced and optimized on a consistent basis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is optimized for search engines, social media, and other digital channels
Collaborate on content production and distribution across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and other digital channels
Analyze and report on the performance of content using analytics tools while working with the team to test and optimize web copy consistently
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in content marketing and web content strategy
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline
8+ years of experience in enterprise content strategy or a related field
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
Experience with developing content for demand generation
Proficient with SEO and social media best practices
Demonstrated experience of resourcefulness and adaptability in problem-solving
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams while being deadline driven
