Digital Marketing Expert

As a key player in our marketing team, you will manage website UX/UI and content, develop impactful email marketing strategies, and implement innovative digital solutions that drive lead generation and member retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee routine website updates, ensuring content accuracy and compliance with best practices.
Partner with website vendors to recommend UX enhancements that improve engagement and drive conversions.
Collaborate with the AVP of Marketing and Digital Banking to implement emerging technologies to support digital growth initiatives.
Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies, managing email platform functionalities to optimize member experience.
Strategize and implement digital campaigns, including promotions, email campaigns, and PPC efforts.
Execute SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Manage reporting and analytics to provide insights on key performance metrics, using data analysis to fine-tune strategies.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Specialist to enhance BluPeaks social media presence.
Maintain and update the internal intranet to ensure employee access to current information.
Provide marketing support for ATM screen content and branch digital signage.
Direct vendors and agencies to achieve quality and cost goals.
Ensure compliance with credit union policy and financial institution regulations.
Adhere to company policies on compliance, business continuity, and vendor management.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or website development, with a focus on UX/UI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in creating presentations and analyzing data.
Must be a self-motivated team player capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment.
Willingness to support occasional after-hours and weekend events as needed.
Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, CMS, and marketing automation tools is required.
Knowledge of HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
Work is based at our office located in San Diego, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office three days a week.
