Award-winning PR & Digital Media Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-4 years of experience at a digital marketing, advertising, and / or PR agency or client-side marketing / advertising / digital / social media department. Champion is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can: Support KPI-focused efforts across all paid media channels (paid social, programmatic display, and paid search) to drive sales, traffic, awareness, and franchise lead generation for our clients. Assist in paid media account migrations and restructuring related to client activity. Support client services, including reporting, analysis, and quality assurance. Manage daily search marketing tasks such as performance reports, budget pacing, bid optimization, ad copy updates, keyword management, franchise lead qualification, and data analysis using Google Analytics and multi-touch attribution tools. Provide recommendations for testing messaging, keywords, tactics, and audiences. Assist with developing and strategizing organic franchise development lead generation content. Support data analysis and insights to aid in developing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. 1-4 years of experience as a digital marketing professional managing enterprise-level paid media campaigns, especially in consumer and/or franchise lead generation marketing. Agency experience is a plus. Experience working with start-ups or high-growth / restaurant brands is beneficial. Restaurant / hospitality industry experience is a plus. Experience with building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaigns, keywords, and ads within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms. Experience with audience targeting and remarketing within LinkedIn and Meta. Knowledge of search media planning and strategies. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, and experience with Google Data Studio. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Canva, DashThis, and Zapier is a plus but not required. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality results on time and within budget. Growth mindset with a proactive approach to team support and process improvement. Strong execution skills with a focus on creating value for clients and delivering results. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, for internal and external stakeholders.
