Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creator-focused social strategies that reinforce the platforms role in app discovery, digital storytelling, and tech culture.
• Source and manage relationships with creators to produce compelling, authentic content that resonates with global audiences.
• Lead social campaign development across partner channelsaligning efforts with key launches, cultural trends, and strategic priorities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess impact and continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Editorial, and other internal teams to integrate social-first thinking into broader initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or creator partnerships within the apps, gaming, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to identify, source, and nurture relationships with creators, agencies, and key cultural voices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data and audience insights to refine strategies and optimize content.
• Deep understanding of social media trends and platformsparticularly TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
