Were looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Social Media Manager to establish and grow EchoMarks social presence from the ground up. This is our first dedicated marketing hire in this area, and youll have the opportunity to define our voice, build engagement, and expand awareness in the enterprise SaaS and security space.
Working closely with the founders, product, and go-to-market teams, youll craft compelling narratives that bring EchoMarks mission to life, help us reach the right audiences, and ensure our brand presence matches the scale of our ambition.

What Youll Do
- Build EchoMarks social media presence from 0 ? 1, including channel strategy, tone, and content plan.
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Partner with leadership and product teams to translate complex enterprise SaaS and security topics into accessible, engaging content.
- Monitor and measure social performance, defining KPIs and iterating based on results.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and amplify EchoMarks presence in industry conversations.
- Grow and nurture an engaged community of customers, partners, and influencers.
- Ensure all social activity aligns with EchoMarks brand, values, and long-term goals.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications, including social media ownership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling social media programs for enterprise SaaS companies.
- Experience launching social channels from scratch and driving measurable growth.
- Strong ability to craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to technical and executive audiences.
- Data-driven approach with comfort defining and iterating on KPIs.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail, tone, and consistency.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and bias for actionyou thrive in 0 ? 1 environments.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent EchoMark externally.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cybersecurity, enterprise communications, or related industries.
- Familiarity with analytics, SEO, and paid social campaigns.
- Background in PR, content marketing, or community management.
- Ability to create basic visual assets (e.g., Canva, Figma) to support posts.
