We are looking for a Senior Director of User Acquisition/Performance Media to join the EA Live Service Marketing Organization. You will report to the Head of Live Service Marketing and directly oversee growth for EA’s games. This role offers an opportunity to build a Performance Media team for EA’s Franchises from the ground up and transform how we bring and support our products. Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage a high-performing, data-driven marketing team specializing in user acquisition for PC, console, and mobile Identify and implement performance media solutions to drive growth and achieve business goals Partner with product marketing, brand, channel marketing, creative, and studio teams on go-to-market strategies Educate and influence senior partners in Studio, Fan Growth, and Publishing to maximize investment revenue Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to refine ROAS models and optimize performance metrics Lead ROAS target setting with studio and commercial teams to maximize top and bottom-line returns Develop multi-year paid user acquisition strategy considering privacy, AI, and lifecycle management Drive advertising partner roadmaps to meet business needs Improve strategies to grow and maximize revenue for titles Craft clear, data-driven narratives for senior management Requirements
15+ years of performance marketing experience across PC, console, and mobile games 6+ years in a leadership or management role Experience managing AAA game media budgets Ownership mindset, accountability, and problem-solving abilities Deep understanding of UA algorithms, measurements, and creative best practices BA/BS in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field Passion/knowledge for video games Compensation and Benefits
The ranges listed below are EA’s expected pay ranges for this role in specified locations at the time of posting. Pay offered will depend on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits include PTO, sick time, holidays, parental leave, health insurance, and 401(k); certain roles may be eligible for bonus and equity. California: $210,600 - $320,000 USD Washington: $198,300 - $269,500 USD Note: In the US, a package of benefits is provided to regular full-time employees.
