We are seeking a Jr. Packaging Designer to support the creation of functional, visually appealing, and brand-aligned packaging solutions. This role combines creativity with technical attention to detail, ensuring packaging meets brand guidelines, production specifications, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, assist in refining packaging assets, and help deliver a consistent and compelling customer experience. Accountabilities

  • Assist in developing print-ready packaging artwork that aligns with brand standards, compliance requirements, and production deadlines
  • Adapt and refine existing packaging designs across formats, product lines, and sizes
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Compliance teams to translate product and regulatory requirements into clear, effective packaging solutions
  • Maintain and optimize design templates and asset libraries for efficiency
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative outputs
  • Support internal communication of new products and packaging updates to the broader team
  • Research packaging trends, materials, and competitor designs to inform creative solutions
  • Perform other design-related responsibilities as assigned
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software, preferably Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Asana, or Propel is a plus
  • Experience with packaging design for DTC, Retail, or CPG industries is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas effectively
  • Detail-oriented and motivated to maintain brand consistency and quality
