Jordan Mladenov is looking for a new team member. As a Technical Support Engineer at A1 Bulgaria, you will play avital role in maintaining and improving the quality of our videoservices. Join a dynamic team, work with innovative technologies,and enjoy a supportive and fun work environment while contributingto our customers' satisfaction. Your daily routine would include: • Maintaining the quality of video services related to IPTV,SatelliteTV, Cable TV, OTT, etc.; • Planning, creating, and administering all systems related tothe company's video services; • Monitoring, analyzing, and making the necessary changes toimprove services if necessary; • Preventive detection and resolution of problems and quickdecision-making to eliminate them; • Performing analysis and technical adjustments to improveservices; • Mentoring and assisting in guiding junior engineers; • Proactively participating in internal and externalcommunication; • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We’ll know you can make it if you have: • Higher education – Telecommunications, IT, or other similarspecialty; • 2 years of experience in a network/technical position; • Fluent English language skills; • Strong organizational abilities and the knack for settingpriorities.; • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a teamenvironment. Nice to Haves: • Experience with telecommunication network technologies; • Good knowledge related to IPTV, DVB-S, DVB-C, and OTTservices; • Skills in IP, Linux, and scripting; • Good German language skills.
