About The Role: At Integra Beauty, we turn bold ideas into customer-loved brands. With L’ange and OFIR, we’ve built beauty powerhouses that sell across Amazon, DTC, and retail.com platforms. We’re expanding our performance marketing team to scale profitable media across all major marketplaces. If you’re data-driven, creative, and focused on ROAS, this role is for you.
As Media Buyer – Online Marketplaces, you’ll execute and optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Ads & DSP), Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Ulta’s UB Media, and more. Your work will directly influence visibility, conversion, and sales with full funnel ownership from targeting to performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ad campaigns on Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and other marketplace media platforms
- Manage keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation across SKUs and campaigns
- Analyze performance data (TACoS, ROAS, CVR, ACoS) and make real-time optimizations
- Partner with Brand Manager to align media with PDP updates and launch calendars
- Coordinate with Creative for ad assets: static, video, headline search, and display
- Leverage analytics and tools (Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, etc.) for insight generation and automation
- Monitor campaign pacing and ensure budget adherence and delivery
- A/B test targeting, creative, and placements for continual improvement
- Stay ahead of platform changes, beta opportunities, and competitor ad strategies
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience buying ads on Amazon and/or other online marketplace platforms
- Proficient in Amazon Ad Console and DSP; knowledge of Walmart, Target, and Ulta platforms a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or dashboarding tool skills
- Proven ability to scale campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize for performance
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
