Remote | Full-Time | $60k–$250k+ OTE

We’ve generated $700M+ in revenue for our clients through direct response marketing — now we’re looking for a Copywriter who can help us scale even faster.
You’ll write compelling copy that drives revenue across ads, emails, SMS, sales pages, and nurture sequences, while developing new offers and creative angles that hook cold traffic and engage existing customers. You'll work closely with our media buying and marketing teams to turn ideas into performance.
This role is mission-critical — and designed for someone who thrives in conversion-first, data-driven environments.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Writing ad copy (FB, YT, TikTok) that grabs attention and converts
Building email + SMS campaigns for cold leads, buyers, and high-ticket clients
Creating short sales letters and landing page copy for VSLs, opt-ins, and low-ticket offers
Developing nurture sequences that drive engagement, retention, and upsells
Building engagement campaigns for high-ticket clients to maximize content consumption and LTV
Brainstorming and testing new offers, hooks, and big ideas with the marketing team
Collaborating closely with media buyers, growth leads, and funnel builders to align messaging across the funnel
You Must Have:
2+ years experience writing high-performing direct response copy
Proven ability to write across multiple formats: ads, emails, SMS, landing pages, etc.
Deep understanding of customer psychology, market sophistication, and funnel flow
Experience with info products, coaching, courses, or high-ticket sales (strongly preferred)
Ability to ideate and structure new offers, bonuses, pricing angles, and positioning
Familiarity with analytics tools like SegMetrics, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar
Obsessed with testing copy angles, CTAs, headlines, and subject lines
You’re a Fit If You:

Love studying the greats: Kennedy, Halbert, Ogilvy, Fladelin, Schwartz, Carlton
Know what makes an offer or headline convert (and can explain it)

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the CMO and Head of Growth
Works cross-functionally with media buying, design, and ops
Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 DOE
Performance-Based Bonuses: Up to $130,000+ OTE
Total Compensation: $60,000 – $250,000+ per year
