Job Description

AAA Heating & Air, a fast-growing leader in HVAC and Electrical services across the Midlands, is seeking a results-driven marketing professional with proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing social media ad campaigns and Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, build, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local Service Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns for conversions.
Collaborate with our in-house team to align campaigns with promotions, seasonal offers, and company goals.
Develop ad creatives (copy, graphics, and video coordination) that align with our brand voice.
Track leads, conversions, and customer acquisition costs to support growth targets.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword strategy, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and related platforms.
Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and ad design coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven results.
