This position oversees the Operational Excellence (OPX) teams across Universal Orlando Resort.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and overall strategic business planning to ensure CityWalk provides a world-class destination experience, including relevant and profitable offerings including owned and operated, joint venture and tenant businesses, entertainment offerings and compelling events.

Maintains a clean work area, sorts garments to the laundry and ensures proper tracking of garments being issued.

Performs skilled landscape maintenance tasks as part of a Horticulture team; proficiency in plant identification of 50 common plant names within 90 days of hire date; ability to perform shrub installation, foliage maintenance, tree installation, heavy equipment operation, and basic clean up.

Provides work direction to Park Attendants and ensures efficient completion of department tasks by performing the following duties.
