Job Description
We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our Shopify eCommerce platform. Your expertise will help us expand our online presence and launch a new business vertical while maintaining and improving existing site pages.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement new pages for a Shopify-based eCommerce platform, ensuring they align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly product pages to support both new and existing business initiatives.
• Create layouts for web pages that offer a distinctive look and feel, tailored to the needs of the new business vertical.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Ensure all pages are fully operational and ready for launch by December deadlines.
• Showcase strong UX design skills to enhance user experience across the site.
• Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all digital assets.
• Utilize Shopify and eCommerce expertise to optimize site performance and usability.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback to ensure the highest quality of deliverables
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a focus on eCommerce platforms.• Demonstrated expertise in Shopify design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Strong knowledge of web design principles and user experience best practices.
• Ability to create functional and visually compelling designs without requiring custom coding.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with both internal teams and external agencies.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to adhere to them.
• Experience in delivering projects within tight deadlines.
• Preferred: Background in UX design to enhance site functionality and user satisfaction.
