The SEO Executive will be responsible for driving organic growth through advanced SEO, ASO, and ORM strategies. The position requires hands-on expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, ASO, AIO and ORM with a clear focus on customer acquisition, accountability, and measurable business impact. This role demands a professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver tangible value to the team and organization.
Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
- Perform comprehensive keyword research aligned with business objectives and market demand.
- Optimize meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, and site structure to improve rankings and visibility.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during content creation.
- Conduct regular on-page audits to identify and implement improvements.
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and manage link-building campaigns through ethical and effective methods.
- Build partnerships and outreach programs to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor backlink profile, identify toxic links, and maintain domain authority.
- Drive brand visibility through strategic off-page initiatives including digital PR and guest contributions.
Technical SEO
- Conduct regular technical audits to identify crawl, indexation, schema, and site performance issues.
- Implement technical solutions in collaboration with developers and IT teams.
- Ensure mobile-first optimization, structured data implementation, and compliance with Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor and resolve site errors, broken links, and redirect issues.
ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Optimize app listings on Google Play Store and Apple App Store including metadata, descriptions, visuals, and keywords.
- Monitor competitor apps and industry trends to develop improvement strategies.
- Drive higher app downloads and conversion rates through ongoing A/B testing and analytics.
- Monitor and manage brand presence across search engines, App reviews, review platforms, and social channels.
- Track and address negative mentions or reviews with timely and professional responses.
- Develop strategies to improve brand sentiment, visibility, and credibility online.
- Collaborate with PR, content, and customer support teams to align ORM initiatives with business goals.
Customer Acquisition & Growth
- Define and execute organic growth strategies to drive qualified leads and customers.
- Collaborate with paid marketing, product, and analytics teams to align on acquisition goals.
- Track and report on acquisition performance, highlighting ROI and business outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights to improve conversion funnels and user journeys.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4–6+ years of experience in SEO, ASO, and ORM with demonstrable results.
- Track record of driving organic growth, customer acquisition, and brand reputation management.
