Responsibilities
Joining our Aviation team means an opportunity to explore your potential and apply your diverse skills to serve the large and small airports of the aviation industry as a trusted advisor. You can do this in a collaborative and team-oriented environment among other driven professionals. Service areas include buildings and facility planning. Join RS&H to define and master challenges, advance professionally, and build strong and lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Have a bachelor\'s degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field from an accredited program and 15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master\'s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Have an active professional architectural license and be in good standing.
- Have a passion for design and people and project management, and possess a thorough knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs.
- Have a solid knowledge of the aviation market and be capable of marketing services to existing and new clients, and adept at mentoring and encouraging a team to maximize their abilities.
- Possess strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.

The typical salary range for this position in Denver is $123,195 – $203,283, and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
