We want a thoughtful, excited designer who is a self starter and will take ownership of the work they do. You will work with the UX team as well as Product Managers to shape GreyMatter while educating others about design best practices. This is a unique opportunity to tackle tough design problems that comes with designing a world class user experience. Above all else, this role will allow you to work and learn from some of the most talented people in the business as well as have a direct contribution to the growth and success of ReliaQuest.The everyday hustle: • Meeting with customers to understand their needs • Collaborating with product managers and developers, advocating for user experience • Illustrating and iterating on design ideas with storyboards and prototypes • Designing wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces • Assisting our lead designer with our new style guideDo you have what it takes:• 2+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, or similar role • Strong portfolio of design projects • Passion for designing solutions to hard, technical problems • Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Illustrator) • Experienced in prototyping (e.g. InVision, Principle) • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus**Who We Are**ReliaQuest is one of the largest and fastest-growing AI cybersecurity companies in the world, solving one of the greatest technical challenges of our generation.
