This role is responsible for managing the video and photography production pipeline, directing creative execution, ensuring brand alignment, and delivering high-quality assets across multiple platforms.**Major Responsibilities:**Provide leadership and direction for the production team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle - from concept development through final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute video content strategies that drive engagement and support organizational goals.Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.Uphold brand and creative standards by implementing rigorous quality control measures across all video deliverables.Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to expand production capabilities.Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and formats in video production to continuously evolve and innovate content delivery.Maintain and optimize video production equipment, software, and digital asset libraries to ensure efficiency and scalability.**Minimum Job Requirements****Education**Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or equivalent experience**Work Experience**5+ years of experience in video production, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership roleProficiency with video production tools and software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and cinematography techniques**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept through executionExcellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skillsStrong communication and team leadership capabilitiesPortfolio or reel showcasing a variety of professional video projectsPreferred Job Requirements**Education** MBA**Work Experience**Familiarity with solar + battery or other clean tech is a plusSupervisory level experience, project management and/or responsible for critical initiatives**Physical Demands**: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
