Base pay range $57.00/hr - $63.00/hr Job Title: User Experience Designer Client Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Flexibility) Hourly Pay Rate: $57.48 - $63.87 (W2) Hours: Full-time Duration: Approx. 6 Month Assignment Job Description We're seeking a talented, passionate Senior User Experience Designer to join our Pay Per Visit team. You'll be at the forefront of building innovative telehealth experiences that scale nationwide, creating intuitive digital solutions that set new standards in virtual healthcare delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology while working with one of the most customer-obsessed companies in the world. Responsibilities Design end-to-end telehealth experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable across multiple platforms and devices Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for innovative healthcare solutions Collaborate with product, engineering, and medical teams to define feature requirements based on patient needs, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and optimize the telehealth experience Present design solutions to stakeholders, including executive leadership and medical professionals Contribute to design system development and maintain consistent user experience across all touchpoints Lead design thinking workshops and foster innovation in healthcare UX/UI Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with demonstrable experience in healthcare or medical technology Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital healthcare solutions and user-centered design work Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing Experience working in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles Excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives Understanding of and ability to design within Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Industry Preference: Healthcare, open to any consumer-facing services (mobile application dev, Examples given: Target, Home Depot, banking).
