Google User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers. Responsibilities Design and enhance core video and audio editing capabilities, such as clip trimming, voiceovers, and text-to-speech. Develop creative and expressive features, including text styles, expressive captions, and timeline organization. Lead the design of new Generative AI-powered editing tools. Define the user experience for the entire publishing flow, from upload to managing drafts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features like filters, effects, and interactive stickers. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Experience with visual design in product or UX design environments. Experience designing for mobile applications. Experience designing consumer-facing products. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. 2 years of experience leading design projects. Experience with video creation platforms. Experience creating with GenAI.
