Are you outgoing, organized, and looking to start a career in the insurance industry? Our Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a part-time Marketer to join our team. This is a non-licensed, entry-level role designed for someone who enjoys customer service and is interested in growing within the insurance field.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients setting the tone for their entire experience with our agency. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls, nurturing leads, managing our CRM, and scheduling appointments for licensed agents.

This is a growth-focused position. If you're motivated and eager to learn, we offer a path to become a licensed insurance producer in the future.

-Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our agency

-Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents

-Maintain and organize leads within our CRM system

-Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or text

-Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression

-Support basic marketing activities such as email campaigns or light social media engagement

- Remain compliant with all non-licensed role responsibilities (no discussing coverage or prices)

- Strong communication and phone skills

- Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Self-motivated and goal-driven

- Comfortable with basic technology and CRM tools

- Previous customer service or telemarketing experience is a plus

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required
