Our client is looking for a Social Media Designer to join their growing sports content team. As part of the Organic Social group, you’ll create scroll-stopping visuals that capture the energy of live sports and connect with fans where they are. From quick-turn game coverage to long-term creative campaigns, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of fans experience sports culture across platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design on-brand content for X, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Cover games and breaking news as it happens—including nights and weekends—to keep content timely and relevant.
• Maintain a flexible brand system with templates and toolkits for quick-turn needs.
• Balance long-term creative initiatives with real-time content demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute ideas for content that resonates with sports fans across multiple platforms.
• Ensure all visuals meet high standards of design and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with editorial and social teams to bring content ideas to life.
• Stay ahead of design and platform trends to keep content fresh and shareable.

Who You Are

• A multidisciplinary designer with strong experience in social media design—ideally in sports or entertainment.
• Expert knowledge of sports, especially football, basketball, and baseball, with the ability to translate live moments into engaging content.
• Passionate about sports culture, digital storytelling, and creative experimentation.
• Energized by live sports moments and comfortable working flexible hours (nights/weekends).
• Able to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Portfolio that shows ability to stop the scroll and drive engagement.
• Strong knowledge of football, basketball, and baseball.
• Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to test new formats and ideas.
• Must have own equipment/software to deliver high-quality design work.
