What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and optimize a robust TV and radio advertising program across multiple markets-think high frequency, high impact, and high ROI.
- Build and lead a growing in-house team: digital marketers, media buyers, creatives, and a soon-to-be-hired call center director.
- Rethink and rebuild the lead generation playbook-then scale it.
- Work closely with the CEO to bring strategic clarity, measurable results, and a brand voice that cuts through the noise.
- As the company grows, help turn marketing into its own standalone business unit (yes, really).

- Deep experience in direct response marketing, especially with broadcast (TV/radio) and digital.
