Job Title Visualization Developer, Analytics Enablement Requisition ID R026008 Job Description Job Title: Visualization Developer, Analytics Enablement Reporting to: Senior Manager, Analytics Enablement Department: Global Analytics Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid) Your Mission The Analytics Enablement Team is looking for a dedicated Visualization Developer. This role will give you the opportunity to contribute to critical projects while gaining experience and deepening your technical expertise. As a Visualization Developer, you will collaborate with analysts, studio partners, and other cross-functional partners to build and maintain data visualizations that facilitate rapid analytics insights across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our data visualization infrastructure is robust, scalable, and capable of supporting the needs of our business.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional partners to implement analytics visualizations solutions that support the goals of game designers, analysts, and the overall goals of the business Assist in developing and maintaining a centralized and organized data visualization suite for end users Work with data engineering and data analytics teams to build and execute project plans, enhancing our reporting capabilities Support the design and development of data solutions that ensure data integrity throughout pipelines Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability Contribute to establishing and enforcing data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs Communicate technical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Your success will be measured by: Efficiency Improvements: Enhancing the efficiency of data workflows by contributing to the design and optimization of data visualizations and related ETL processes Collaboration: Building strong relationships within the Global Analytics team, with studio partners, and other cross-functional partners to drive the team’s success Communication: Supporting clear and effective communication efforts within analytics engineering projects Documentation: Assisting in the creation of comprehensive and understandable documentation for data visualizations, related ETL processes, and other technical aspects Domain Knowledge: Sharing knowledge and insights to foster a collaborative and communicative team culture

Qualifications

Educational Background: A BA/BS degree in a technical field is required, with a preference for majors in Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related areas. Equivalent practical experience is also highly valued Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in data visualization, data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development Data Visualization: Proficiency with creating data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. Official Tableau Certification highly encouraged Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying and handling complex datasets to drive complex visualizations. Experience with Python for Airflow or other workflow management platforms is a plus Collaboration and Communication: Strong ability to work with business partners, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills are essential Industry Knowledge (Desirable): Experience in gameplay analytics or a similar domain is a plus but not required

The following compensation range is provided for U.S. roles: base pay range is $34.28 - $63.42 hourly. Specific offer range depends on experience, performance, and location. Incentive compensation may be available and is not guaranteed.
