Founded in 2013, we are the world’s largest online therapy service, with a network of over 30,000 licensed therapists helping millions of people take ownership of their mental health. We are committed to being part of the solution as the unmet need for mental health services grows. What we are looking for As our Senior Director of Paid Social + TV, you’ll lead a team of seasoned marketers to manage and optimize key media investments. You will oversee multi-million-dollar budgets across paid social, streaming, and linear channels — with the goal of driving efficient acquisition, long-term brand growth, and global reach. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, analytically strong, and creatively curious marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. What you will do Media Strategy & Execution: Lead paid social and TV (linear and streaming/CTV) strategy and execution across global markets. Develop and own full-funnel media strategies that balance performance and brand-building. Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Channel Leads to optimize across channels and audiences. You will be involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and more. You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitudes. Positive, collaborative teammates only. You will NOT burnout. We value a sustainable work/life balance. Remote work Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply.
