We are scaling fast and seeking a hands-on, revenue-driven VP Marketing to keep the flywheel spinning. As VP Marketing, you own the end-to-end marketing function, including brand, category, demand, product marketing, lifecycle, field/partner, and marketing operations. You will set the strategy, build the team, and deliver a predictable pipeline engine tied directly to revenue and expansion. This is a builder operator role. Reports to:

Hybrid; Salt Lake City or San Francisco Bay Area What You’ll Do

Define the marketing vision and annual plan; translate company goals into clear programs and targets. Own the marketing forecast and its contribution to pipeline/ARR with monthly reviews. Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing team across Performance/Growth, Content/Comms, Lifecycle, and Events. Category, Brand & Communication:

Sharpen Kadence’s category narrative and positioning across buyer personas (Workplace/Real Estate, IT, HR, Operations). Own kadence.co (conversion, messaging, SEO, UX) and all brand storytelling. Demand Generation & Growth:

Elevate multi-channel demand engine (paid, organic/SEO, outbound email campaigns, content, ABM, webinars, events, community) to increase qualified pipeline by segment and region. Scale enterprise ABM; partner with Sales on territory plans, events, and air cover to close deals. Collaborate with Head of Growth on paid channels to expand effective strategies and discard underperformers quickly. Lifecycle, Expansion & Customer Marketing:

Run lifecycle and adoption programs that increase Monthly Flourishing Users (MFU), activation, expansion, and Net Dollar Retention (NDR). Turn customers into advocates through references, case studies, reviews, and community. Marketing Operations & Analytics:

Own the data stack and dashboards (funnel, attribution, CAC/LTV, payback, ROI, velocity). Work with RevOps to identify trends that drive performance. Requirements

6+ years in B2B SaaS with ownership of brand and demand Demonstrated ability to tie marketing to revenue (forecasting, attribution, CAC/payback, pipeline coverage) ABM and enterprise motion experience Strong people leader and cross-functional operator; crisp communicator Tools:

Experience with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn/Google Ads, marketing automation & attribution platforms; comfortable building a stack that fits the stage. Benefits
