R-16260**Your Role**As a Gensler Technical Designer, you will collaborate with our design team to develop innovative and creative design solutions throughout all phases of our projects. You will be successful because you can clearly communicate design ideas in both 2D and 3D methods. Your communication skills extend beyond graphics to both verbal and written form and your research techniques allow to you to quickly solve problems. Your creativity, motivation, and work ethic, combined with our commitment to collaboration and mentoring, makes Gensler the perfect place to further your career. **What You Will Do*** Contribute to our design process in all project phases, including programing, urban planning, conceptual designs, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration* Create graphic presentations, 3D models and renderings, and design drawings* Research and specify materials, building systems, and products* Creative thinker with skills in programming, site planning, horizontal, and vertical design; experience in urban and interior design is a plus* A curious, positive, resilient, and hardworking attitude* Strong graphic and visualization skills, with the ability to generate clear diagrams and conceptual drawings* Ability to communicate design ideas effectively, both verbally and graphically* Rendering skills required; experience with AI-based rendering and animation tools is a plus* Proficiency in 3D modeling with tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and Enscape **Your Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design, or equivalent* **0-5** years of related project experience* Proficiency in physical modeling and digital modeling using Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Revit* Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)* Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required; especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwell and /or Net Zero Building certification.* Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes* State licensure and LEED accreditation a plus* Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software* Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills **For consideration, please submit cover letter, resume and portfolio in PDF format.**
