Global Product & Brand Marketing Director
LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing beauty brand in NYC in their search for a
Global Product & Brand Marketing Director . In this role, you lead a growing product portfolio and manage the full commercialization process for new products, limited editions, and promotional programs designed to drive brand growth. You’ll shape the product portfolio and go-to-market strategy, supporting the development of a multi-year product strategy and innovation pipeline—balancing data, insights, and consumer intuition to identify opportunities, deepen brand equity, and deliver impactful launches. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the global brand presence and manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. This is a hybrid role in NYC, onsite 2-3 days a week. Key Responsibilities
Own global go-to-market planning for new product launches, promotional programs, and key campaigns Partner with Product Development, Creative, and Sales to ensure a seamless launch process across all channels Develop brand messaging, positioning, and product stories that resonate with diverse global audiences Lead market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product innovation strategy Build and manage launch timelines, toolkits, and marketing assets to support global regions Track and analyze campaign and product performance, sharing actionable insights with senior leadership Support long-term innovation pipeline development and annual brand planning processes Collaborate with PR, Social, and Influencer teams to drive earned and owned media coverage Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) 7+ years of brand or product marketing experience, ideally in beauty or haircare 2+ years in direct management experience Proven success in managing global product launches and campaigns Multi-year innovation road mapping Proven experience in end-to-end product marketing & development Strong project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Product Development Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing business results and consumer insights P&L portfolio management and optimization Salary: $150k-$160k base (depending on candidate experience), with a 15% eligibility bonus.
