We're seeking an Expert Senior Designer for Store Design, who will support consumer led global retail concepts and the evolution of the retail business. They will create and develop impactful / scalable design solutions for immersive retail environments. This designer will collaborate with internal and external design teams to complete individual projects by leveraging design processes and best practices to ensure the creative intent, design deliverables, timelines and budgets are met. We are looking for someone who shares our drive and agility to explore the new; who is passionate and determined to create boundary-breaking experiences. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Evolve the environmental design components across the full portfolio, developing forward-thinking, detail-oriented design solutions that align with global creative direction and set standards for consistent project execution. Work independently and with a team to develop and manage all architectural and 3D environmental components, considering the needs of the Consumer, the Brand and Business partners. Communicate and present design concepts to Design Leaders and cross-functional partners; create 3D models, 2D drawings, presentations and production details; produce project production files when required. Evolve retail concepts and stores, support enhanced product presentation and service engagement, aligning with Brand experience creative direction. Elevate and strengthen premium storytelling across retail touch points; define, pilot, perfect and scale design solutions. Support and partner with Global Retail Design Director and Chief Design Officer to lead project vision. Lead a design process of clear ideation; explore color, materiality, texture, spacing, proportion, scale and environment use. Ensure project goals and priorities align with the Retail brand and business strategies. Develop presentation materials that communicate design concepts to leadership and partners. Collaborate with peers, internal partners (Brand, Retail Brand, Brand Creative, Digital, Brand Comms) and external partners to ensure feasibility and functional needs are met. Active learning of design ethos and strategies; share knowledge and trends influencing customer experiences and technology. Foster collaboration, innovation and teamwork across project teams and retail org. Understand design processes to ensure results, timelines and budgets are met. You may travel 10-15% of the time. Under the direction of a Design Director, you will collaborate in the development of innovative retail programs that reflect the design ethos and enhance the consumer retail experience. You will deliver thoughtful design solutions that meet the business and creative requirements to elevate our product storytelling. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and external design partners, fabrication agencies, marketing teams and construction companies. WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelors / master's degree in architecture, industrial design or environments design or related fields. Minimum of 8 years of progressive, technically sophisticated design experience in architectural, experiential or brand design with ability to elevate brand excellence. International experience beneficial. Retail industry experience preferred, knowledge of store environments and their consumer impact. Comprehensive knowledge of design processes; advanced knowledge of computer systems. Proven ability to lead a design team on multiple projects, manage resources, time and timelines. Ability to source, screen and manage contractors / external vendors including design and production studios / agencies. Experience delivering complex projects of scale, budget and size in a design studio. Proven track record of good judgment and contribution to policy and strategy. Proven track record of managing ambiguity and collaboration in the creation process. Proven expertise in concepting, drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, texture and spatial design at scale, with strong visual presentation development and space planning. Proven ability to work independently as well as guide teams across complex projects. Knowledge of current trends in color, design, art, photography and experience design relevant to the athletic industry. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including meeting facilitation with senior management. Ability to work across streams and territories to share ideas and develop effective responses. Proven ability to work in a constantly evolving, high-growth environment. Positivity and eagerness to do great work in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
