Freight brokers put an incredible amount of trust in Highway and that trust will be extended to you. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the GTM strategy for a specific business unit within Highway. Your role: Own and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the business unit, ensuring alignment with company-wide marketing objectives and messaging Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the business unit''s offerings and value while aligning with broader brand narratives Create and manage sales and customer enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, product walkthroughs, competitive battle cards, etc. Lead BU-specific content initiatives such as blog posts, case studies, and customer-facing videos that reinforce key value propositions Partner with Product and Sales to support new feature launches and drive awareness, adoption, and retention Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting on content usage, campaign results, and revenue impact Gather and synthesize feedback from the field (sales, customers, partners) to inform ongoing content, messaging, and campaign strategy Work closely with centralized brand, content, and design teams to maintain consistency across all deliverables while tailoring materials to the business unit''s focus Support event planning and execution for relevant trade shows, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring strong representation of the business unit''s solutions Qualifications
Experienced in creating strategic marketing campaigns with a multi-layered approach to reaching the customer. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly skilled in writing and creating unique content for campaigns. Experience with Zoom Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and project management platforms. Ability to problem-solve on the fly and ensure a seamless event experience pre, during and post the events. Bachelor''s degree in Marketing or Business Administration highly preferred. Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently and autonomously while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Seniority level
