M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: The Vice President of Marketing will drive and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our passenger vehicle manufacturing, sales, rental & services brand, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. The VP of Marketing will lead, develop, and innovate all consumer, brand, product development, e-Commerce, digital marketing, research and customer marketing initiatives, to grow our business and increase our brand presence and consumer base. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role requires deep industry insight, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to position our company at the forefront of our industry. Essential Functions: Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan aligned with business goals, covering digital, print, events, and partnership channels. Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering cross-collaboration across all departments Manage annual marketing budget, allocating resources to highest-impact initiatives and tracking ROI. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in the passenger vehicle industry. Drive digital transformation through company resources by optimizing website, CRM, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media engagement. Establish strategic alliances with industry associations and vendors for co-marketing and sponsorships. Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and customer events to showcase service capabilities and build relationships Responsible for development, oversight and delivery of the company public relations function. Prepare and present quarterly marketing performance reports and forecasts for executive leadership. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities Advanced understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Data-driven decision maker with proficiency in KPIs, dashboards, and marketing automation Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of an internal team of marketing professionals and support specialists, as well as 3rd party vendors. On-site in a professional office environment Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Required Education/Experience/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Demonstrated success driving brand growth, lead generation, and customer retention in B2B services Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading teams, with demonstrated executive presence; experience engaging with senior leadership is a plus. Experience managing marketing budgets of $1M+ and delivering measurable ROI Preferred Education/Experience/Certifications : Proven track record in the transportation, logistics, or vehicle manufacturing industry MBA or master’s degree in relevant field
