Sr. Manager, Product Design, Enterprise Data (Individual Contributor)

* Partner with Product and Engineering to design technical UX for financial services, data tooling, and process management platforms.* Translate ambiguous problems into actionable design solutions around GraphQL, APIs, data workflows, and task management* Deliver production-ready assets and partner through QA to ensure design quality.* Use and extend our design system in Figma.* Apply user research and usability testing to refine solutions.* Present work with strong storytelling and clear design rationale.* At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role* At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma* 10+ years of UX design experience with a strong focus on technical and data-heavy products* Expertise in workflow and systems design for enterprise-level or financial services contexts* Familiarity with API-driven product design (GraphQL experience strongly preferred)* Advanced use of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaboration* Proven ability to work in ambiguous, undefined environments and bring clarity through design* Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, technical UX, and zero to one, product development* Experience with data visualization* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
