Overview
$80,000 to $100,000/Annually, Plus Bonus and Benefits! We are seeking a creative Sr. Graphic Designer to manage projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for creating compelling graphics that radiate luxury to align with our brand identity. You will be responsible for producing high-quality designs for various digital and print media, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of creativity and effectiveness, creating marketing strategy, and ensuring all details are executed. Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative design concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital content including catalogs, brochures, banners, flyers, posters, instructions, spec sheets, shorts or videos. Coordinate cross functionally to create visually appealing graphics such as banners, signage, and product spec sheets that resonate with clients and trade show attendees. Review all forms of advertising, promotions, plans and media – edit, proofread and revise communications. Oversee all phases, details and design of tradeshow and other event selection and set up. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts. Design and edit engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Manage flow of promotional ads/key words, design display ads, write descriptions, specify search words, and review Google Ads analytics. Manage color theory and typography to enhance visual communication across all platforms. Conduct photo manipulation and editing to produce stunning imagery for various projects. Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while adapting to different styles as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes. Design and launch email and other marketing campaigns All other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in graphic design and 7+ years of experience, agency experience is a strong plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Experience in branding, print advertising, digital art, production design, layout design, and typesetting. Knowledge of motion graphics and videography including editing techniques is a plus. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color management and typography. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively. A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work. Benefits
