Senior Manager, Access Marketing, US Oncology — Boston, MA Base pay range: $137,000.00/yr - $215,270.00/yr Responsibilities

Support & deliver clear recommendations relating to access strategies, pricing and reimbursement, data/insight collection and value proposition through generation of internal and external insights. Execute market access tactics and material development for field teams across inline brands and future product launches. Collaborate with PVA account teams and matrix partners to support and execute payer and channel specific value propositions, strategies, and tactical plans to achieve business objectives and goals including patients', market and financial results. Participate in business and marketing plans process. Support development of market access training curriculum for PVA and sales teams. Support PVA execution for essential functions such as full team in-person meetings, weekly PVA LT meetings, monthly team calls. Scope

Support the Access Marketing Leads with the US Access strategic planning and execution and align with portfolio and product level objectives across all access stakeholders. Support and implement payer/PBM and GPO pull-through strategies and communication plans for all USOBU products to drive access and use. Support development of assigned payer / channel strategies, initiatives, and metrics to assess impact of key initiatives of strategies. Ensure consistent field facing customer tools and messages to support engagement on franchise initiatives, including gaining approval through Medical Legal Review (MLR) process. Collaborate across the US and Global Oncology BU including Marketing, Sales, HEOR, Global Value & Access, and Medical reinforcing a OneOncology Takeda approach Ensure understanding of Oncology ecosystem to identify opportunities and support key access stakeholders including Payers, Strategic Accounts, and GPOs. Generate and synthesize actionable and impactful market and customer insights through supporting market research, insight generation tools, and analytics exercises. Support development of launch tools, resources, and materials for field teams including Sales team pull-through. Support development of market access training for PVA & field organizations on access-related curriculum. Gain continuous feedback from internal account advisory boards prior, during and after rollout of materials. Support account planning and execution of targeted account strategies in accordance with overall brand strategy Support the planning, implementation, and rollout for assigned initiatives and tactics to ensure that they deliver against defined strategies. This includes project management, issue identification and resolution, overseeing progression of pieces through internal review processes (e.g., MLR), training of internal stakeholders, and the development of measurement frameworks and metrics to measure effectiveness. Effectively manage relevant vendor, agency, and consultant relationships to ensure deliverables and work products are aligned with related strategies. Advise Integrated Brand Team (IBT) on access environment and access strategies & tactics. Active contributor in brand planning process Identify additional and emerging opportunities and collaborative solutions to drive access and mitigate access challenges. Dimensions and Aspects

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise Strong understanding of US payer and channel market dynamics and how managed care organizations make decisions across commercial and public channels. Experience and knowledge across multiple market channels including: all payer segments, PBM, IDN, distribution, specialty pharmacy, GPOs Experience with Commercial brand planning process. Financial acumen including resource allocation, budget management and reporting. Strong analytical capabilities to ensure robust inputs to decision-making. Oncology experience beneficial Strong project management and operations skills Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field; Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MHA/PharmD/PHD) 4+ years of experience in healthcare, access marketing/market access, preferred. Demonstrated ability in developing and executing business strategy. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coach commercial and medical leaders on payer/market access issues. Robust knowledge and experience across franchise marketing, market access, and sales management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Ability to conduct situational analysis of market access landscape and synthesize relevant information to support development of strategic plans.
