Description: This role will serve as the communications lead for Business Operations and Supply Chain’s functional areas. Additionally, this team member will serve as the employee communications process lead, driving common, streamlined OneLM processes to maximize discipline efficiency and effectiveness where appropriate. This individual will also manage a master OneLM employee communications calendar to streamline and coordinate the effective execution of enterprise communications. Responsibilities

Partner with Business Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders to develop and execute strategic storytelling and communications plans. Drive common and centralized employee communications processes, including documentation to support a OneLM communications approach. Examples include organization announcements, distribution lists, Comms toolkits and DIY toolkits. Lead internal communications and engagement platform employee communications strategy and align tool with processes. Coordinate a OneLM master calendar of functional communications across Enterprise Operations and business areas to leverage content opportunities, deconflict and manage redundancies. Innovate new approaches to communications processes, leveraging industry best practices, technology and modern platforms. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on communications strategies that maximize reach, relevance and results. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in employee communications Strong organizational skills, with a methodical and systems-oriented mindset Ability to effectively facilitate consensus building and alignment with peers, stakeholders and senior leaders Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that align communications to organizational outcomes Exceptional storytelling, writing and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content Motivated self-starter who works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines Desired Skills: Ability to synthesize varying information and drive to streamlined common approaches Passion for innovation in employee communications and a track record of driving measurable engagement Business Area (or equivalent) knowledge and experience AI Communications tools and experience Clearance Level: None Additional Information

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week; some may be condensed with additional flexibility and are in addition to Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Salary information is a general guideline; offers consider scope, responsibilities, experience, education/training, key skills, market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate (alternate regions): The annual base salary range for California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Salary information is a general guideline; offers consider various factors.
