The role: Marketing Operations Senior Manager We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join our newly formed marketing analytics and insights team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations. This is a foundational role that will be instrumental in building and executing the operational infrastructure that powers our marketing organization's growth and performance measurement capabilities. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, campaign management, and process optimization while supporting the VP in building scalable systems and frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing operations from the ground up in a fast-growing organization. This is a remote position for candidates that live in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States. Core Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Execution Marketing Technology Management Data Management & Quality Assurance Process Development & Optimization Performance Tracking & Reporting Partner Marketing & MDF Management Cross-Functional Collaboration Key Success Metrics
Campaign deployment accuracy and timeliness (95%+ on-time delivery), lead processing efficiency and data quality maintenance, marketing automation program performance and engagement rates, system uptime and data integrity across marketing technology stack, process improvement implementation and team efficiency gains, partner MDF ROI reporting accuracy and timely delivery of monthly/quarterly reports. Required Skills and Professional Experience
10+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B technology companies with partner marketing experience, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce), proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns and partner-funded activities, experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) and dashboard creation, strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholder reporting. Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM administration, strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting, working knowledge of HTML, basic SQL, and API integrations, experience with campaign attribution and lead routing methodologies, familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tracking implementation. Core Competencies
Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams, ability to work independently while supporting broader team objectives, adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, experience building marketing operations functions in high-growth environments, knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements, certification in relevant marketing technology platforms, experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tools and strategies.
