About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Marketing to lead the strategic vision and execution of data-driven, personalized marketing that enhances member and patient engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing experience, from the initial contact to fostering deeper connections, with a focus on driving customer lifetime value. This role demands a visionary leader who can inspire teams to deliver a best-in-class marketing ecosystem, using data-driven insights to create behavior-based journeys that are customer-first and optimized for business value. The VP will also be at the forefront of innovation, serving as the voice of the customer, and will have a significant impact on the company's marketing strategy and go-to-market standards.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of customer marketing experience, particularly in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries. A minimum of 7 years in a leadership role is required, with a proven track record of managing large, high-performing teams. The role demands a deep understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization tactics, as well as excellent analytical skills and experience with multi-channel marketing innovation. The ideal candidate will be adept at using marketing automation and business intelligence platforms and have strong stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with agile marketing practices and a relentless focus on driving results are also essential.
