We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our strategic marketing initiatives. This position plays a key role in planning and coordinating campaigns, managing content creation, and ensuring that all efforts align with brand standards and company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and a proactive attitude toward project management and execution.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Coordinate marketing calendars, deliverables, and internal communications
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance and compile performance reports
Ensure consistency across all channels in messaging and branding
Support the organization and execution of events and marketing activations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies
Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Familiarity with project management tools and marketing analytics platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
