Overview
We’re seeking a sharp, systems-oriented Senior Partner, Creative Operations to drive how creative work gets done at Zip. This is a critical role on the marketing team—focused on improving how cross-functional stakeholders engage with our designers and content producers, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and shaping how we use tools (including AI) to scale creative impact. You’ll build the connective tissue between the creative team and cross-functional teams through process, tooling, prioritization, and compliance excellence—ensuring creative assets land on time, with clarity and compliance. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at getting cross-functional alignment, and loves making workflows hum.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the intake process for all creative requests across the business
- Partner directly with cross-functional teams to align on priority, timelines, and expectations for creative deliverables
- Establish and enforce feedback loops that ensure clarity, accountability, and timely responses between creative teams and cross-functional partners
- Build and improve sprint assignment systems to match projects to the right creative teammates and schedules
- Lead the implementation and optimization of tools and AI-driven workflows for creative development, review, and feedback
- Regularly audit creative operations workflows to prevent delays or bottlenecks, escalating and resolving issues proactively
- Act as the primary interface between the Creative team and Compliance, owning all audit processes and communication; translate evolving compliance requirements into structured, actionable creative processes
- Deliver reporting and insights that help Creative, Marketing, and partner teams track performance and identify improvements
- Act as the brand team’s eyes and ears across all creative, ensuring every asset aligns with our identity and contributes to a cohesive brand story
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 8+ years of experience in creative operations, program management, or marketing operations, preferably within high-growth or regulated environments
- Strong background in building, scaling, and optimizing cross-functional processes
- Demonstrated success in implementing creative tooling, workflow platforms (specifically Monday.com and Jira), and/or AI tooling for creative execution
- Proven ability to triage and prioritize incoming requests and manage demand with transparency and rigor
- Deep collaboration experience with creatives (design, brand, copy), marketers, and compliance/legal stakeholders
- Structured, proactive communicator with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action
- Comfort in ambiguous environments with the ability to drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and navigating conflicting priorities with empathy and effectiveness

Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations. The annual base Pay Range for this position is $116,000 - $125,000 USD. Additional premium percentages may apply based on our tiered premium strategy. The total compensation package may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. If hired, employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time.
