Architectural Studio Director – Corporate & Commercial Design at Konik. Location: Eden Prairie, MN. Direct Hire | Salary: $130k - $145k + Bonus.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple design projects from concept through completion as the primary client contact and team leader.
• Inspire and manage architectural teams, ensuring design excellence, project efficiency, and alignment with client goals.
• Mentor and grow junior staff by fostering a collaborative and development-focused studio culture.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Oversee operations including staffing plans, schedules, project budgets, and design deliverables across the corporate-commercial portfolio.
• Drive strategy and sector vision in collaboration with firm leadership.

What You Bring

• Professional or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Active Architectural License (required)
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on corporate, workplace, and commercial design
• Proven ability to lead architectural projects through all phases, from pre-design to close-out
• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building trusted client partnerships
• Demonstrated experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
• A big-picture thinker with sharp business acumen and a passion for purposeful design
