A day in the life In this design role, you\'ll shape the user experience across our entire talent ecosystem - from job search and interviewing to employee engagement and career development. You\'ll craft seamless journeys for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters, both external and internal to Amazon. We\'re looking for someone who deeply understands human needs and behaviors, translating them into innovative design solutions that serve both our people and business objectives. Drawing from customer insights, business requirements, and research data, you will be responsible for ideating on innovative solutions. Strong storytelling and presentation skills are essential, as this UX designer will need to clearly communicate the design strategy, outcomes, and deliverables to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
