Overview Partnerize is looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to join our team on a contract basis. This role is for a hands-on leader who can set the go-to-market strategy and execute the plan from start to finish. You’ll be the lynchpin between our product, sales, and marketing teams, responsible for bringing new products and features to life with compelling campaigns and customer experiences. Your deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and performance marketing will be critical in driving awareness, engagement, and adoption. This is a fast-paced position for a self-starter who thrives on achieving tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and feature launches. This includes overseeing market segmentation, competitive analysis, and crafting product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience. You will synthesize market, customer, product, and competitive inputs to drive new bookings and support client retention, growth, and expansion.

Oversee Product Marketing Execution: Own end-to-end execution of product marketing campaigns, creating content and experiences to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. Include detailed marketing release plans and sales enablement materials.

Team and Vision Leadership: Establish the product marketing vision and strategy and manage the team's execution of related programs, milestones, and deadlines.

Empower the Sales Team: Serve as the go-to product expert for the sales organization, creating high-impact sales collateral, conducting training, and providing ongoing support to articulate value propositions and close deals.

Conduct Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform product strategy and messaging; collaborate with Product leadership on research and client feedback.

Drive Product Adoption & Customer Advocacy: Partner with product and customer success to improve adoption and retention; seek and secure testimonials and customer feedback for marketing.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. B2B SaaS marketing experience is required; experience in performance marketing or affiliate marketing is a strong plus.

Strategic & Execution Excellence: Proven ability to craft and execute go-to-market plans with positioning, pricing, and packaging, meeting tight deadlines.

Communication Skills: Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to develop marketing content across multiple channels.

Leadership: Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing projects end-to-end.

Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; able to use data and customer feedback to guide launches.

Independent: Proactive self-starter able to work with minimal supervision, especially in a contract role.

Educational Background: BA/BS or equivalent degree.

On-Time Delivery: Deliver marketing release plans ahead of product roadmap dates and execute plans reliably.

Product Engagement: Measure feature engagement and adoption through relevant analytics.

Customer Advocacy: Secure testimonials and feedback for marketing materials.
