Overview Senior Content Marketing Manager at Kognitos
What You'll Do Own the Content Playbook: develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that establishes Kognitos as a leader in AI automation, blending product-led growth (PLG) tactics with brand-building narratives.
Become an Influential Face of Kognitos: be the primary creator for short-form video—script, shoot, edit, and host engaging content for LinkedIn, X(Twitter), YouTube, and other key channels to clearly convey our product value.
Translate the Technical into the Tangible: work with founders, engineers, product, and product marketing to distill complex concepts into clear, concise content for a B2B audience.
Master an AI-First Workflow: use AI-driven tools (e.g., GPT-4, Descript, Midjourney, CapCut) as creative partners to accelerate workflow and amplify output.
Measure What Matters: own analytics for content, linking work to lead generation, pipeline influence, and brand awareness, and iterate based on data.
Collaborate to Win: partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure content fuels all funnel stages, from awareness to sales enablement assets.
Qualifications Experience Level: 5-8 years in content creation and strategy for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology; experience in high-growth startups is a plus.
Demonstrable Impact: strong portfolio with emphasis on video content; ability to articulate strategy and business results.
MarTech Proficiency: experience with marketing/sales platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, HootSuite, Google Analytics) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
AI-Native Toolkit: hands-on experience with AI-first content workflows and tools (e.g., ChatGPT for scripting, Descript, CapCut, Midjourney, ElevenLabs).
On-Camera Excellence: strong communication skills and engaging on-camera presence; hosting webinars, product demos, or social videos preferred.
Analytical Mindset: ability to measure content performance, track KPIs (engagement, pipeline influence, conversions), and optimize strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
