Demonstrated portfolio with a creative IP focus
Leadership - experience leading others + working with leadership + partnering with brand creatives
Process experience, including reorganizing team and design processes
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of creatives designing IP-driven products for brands
Collaborate with leadership and brand teams to meet client demand
Oversee design processes and team organization to improve efficiency
Qualifications
Portfolio with a creative IP focus
Proven leadership experience
Ability to work with leadership and partner with brand creatives
