About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This position is responsible for coordinating various marketing activities, including internal communications, trade shows, and the development of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing objectives. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to facilitate seamless communication and the timely delivery of marketing materials across digital and print platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will also manage direct mail campaigns and assist in copywriting to maintain consistent messaging across all channels. Ultimately, this position contributes to the growth and visibility of the company by effectively managing marketing initiatives and supporting the marketing team’s efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience managing trade shows and marketing collateral.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience in direct mail campaign management.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and generate reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage internal communication efforts to ensure all departments are informed and aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Plan, organize, and support trade shows and other promotional events, including logistics, booth setup, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring clear, compelling, and brand-consistent messaging.
  • Execute online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage print advertising and direct mail campaigns from concept through execution, tracking effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
